“Bank of China Trophy” GMC Regional Final Prize Presentation Dinner 2020
Organized by MMA, Bank of China Trophy – Global Management Challenge Regional Final Prize Presentation Dinner 2020 was successfully held at StarWorld Hotel on 20th January, 2021. Mr. Chang Kun Hong, Representative of Secretary for Social Affairs and Culture of Macao SAR, Interim Director of Higher Education Bureau; Ms. Maria Helena de Senna Fernandes, Director of Macao Government Tourism Office, Mr. Chui Sai Cheong, President of MMA; Mr. Lau Veng Seng, Council Chairman of MMA; Mr. Jackson Tsui, Supervisory Board Chairman of MMA; Mr. Jose Tang, Vice-President of MMA; Mr. Raymond Bao, Council Vice-Chairman & Honorary Treasurer of MMA; Mr. Alex Mok, Ms. Simone Ho and Mr. Cheang Kin Lap Keegan, Council Vice-Chairmen of MMA attended the dinner.GMC had successfully attracted participants from different professions and universities. Although Macao is deeply affected by the pandemic in the past year, it didn't stop our local talents from participating in this international event. We had received 120 student teams and 8 corporate and mixed teams, with over 500 participants joining the GMC Macao Region. Participants are required to operate a stock listed manufacturing company, making decisions for 5 financial quarters and the team achieve the best investment performance will be the winner.
The 7 finalist teams were invited to the Prize Presentation Dinner. Student team “trmp” from Macau University of Science & Technology crowned the Champion, while the 1st Runner-up went to “Tulip”, student team from University of Macau & Macau University of Science & Technology and the 2nd Runner-up went to “CWG”, student team from Macau University of Science & Technology.
